A triple "Double D" giveaway!

Hopefully you've read my reviews and checked out the excerpts that Author Dee Davis has on her website. I now have these three books on my Kindle and have decided to do a giveaway for my review ARCs. Dee Davis writes some of the best romantic suspense available today, so if you're a RS fan like me, you'll want your name in the draw!
I hope that if you enjoy these books, you'll consider posting some positive chatter about them on Amazon. I was excited to learn in an email from Ms. Davis that there are three more books contracted in this series - yay!!

Interested? Just leave a comment about what you're reading, have read, are getting ready to read or what book(s) you're especially anticipating. I'll let this one run a while, until next Monday the 16th, when I'll draw a winner from the comments. Send your friends over, ok? I'll enter you an extra time for each friend who mentions your name.

I hope everyone has a great week and that you're not sweltering. I realize it's August in central Ohio, but I swear that age and gender are working against me this summer as I've struggled with the heat.

I don't know why I haven't read any of Dee Davis's books. Your excellent reviews forced me to put her down on my "To Buy List".

Recently,I just haven't had the money to purchase any new books. We are having tenant issues. 3 out of our 4 tenants are not paying the rent either at all or are over a month late. We are going to court to evict one couple on August 23rd. Scary times!

During the winter, I have a job as a cashier at a grocery store. I average 35 hours a week but summers I'm off.

I'd love to read Dee Davis' three RS books: Desperate Deeds, Dangerous Desires and dark deceptions!! Please add my name to your draw list!!

It's been an unusually hot and humid summer here in Wisconsin too. We've had a ton of rain. Unfortunately we got caught up in Milwaukee's 7 + inches of rain on July 22nd. After grocery shopping, we had to wade through water up to our knees. The next day we had engine computer problems.

Last year was the opposite, exceptionally cool.

I have my middle son, Eric visiting from Florida and my daughter's here for a week too. Having fun catching up, playing cards, walking, swimming, and playing board games.

OOPS I forgot to answer your questions!

I'm currently reading the second book "Bed of Roses" in Nora Robert's Bride Quartet. Emma & Jack's story. I love weddings so I'm enjoying this behind the scenes look at "Vows" as these 4 childhood friends pull weddings, aniversaries, bridal showers, baby showers etc together.

Next up, Kristan Higgen's "All I Ever Wanted" then a Presents by Jennie Lucas and a Desire by Jules Bennett.
Recently read Joanna Lindsey's Devil Who Tamed her ...not my favorite.

Hey Laurie-

Loved your reviews for the "Desperate" books. So glad to hear there will be more in the series.

I have just about finished up Kiss Me If You Can by Carly Phillips. Very cute book and the start of a new series for Carly....well there will be at least two with the second one coming out at the end of August I think.

Just startin Unholy Ghosts by Stacia Kane. The first of an urban fantasy series and it's all the rage among Twitter fans. I picked up the first book at the Get together in June and have been waiting for the other two to be released so I could read them all together.

Been tough reading the past few days..the heat is really bothering me...seems like all I want to do is rest and nap...lol

Laurie it is sweltering here in Northern KY too! I'm reading Ask Again Later by Jill Davis. I picked it up at a discount bookstore in Georgia. There are a bunch of those kind of surplus stores popping up and it's a great way to find new authors.

Here in the CA desert, we are having a mild summer. Very few days over 100, which is really unusual.
Between packing boxes and keeping kids occupied, I'm reading Lucy Monroe's The Shy Bride. Just bought the second one by her yesterday.

I'm reading If I Stay by Gayle Forman which is a quite moving and lovely read. Have finished Bed of Roses by Nora Roberts (and am very much looking forward to read book#3 and #4 in the series!)

I'm also very much looking forward to Halo, Paranormalcy and Firelight. All look fantastic!

I haven't read any Dee Davis novel yet, but have had my eyes on them for a few weeks now as they sounded great. Glad to know they are just as good as they sound, would love to read them.
